TNT China Contact Centers Recognized as “the Best Call Center”
TNT China International Express won the “Best Call Center of the Year” award on April 23. This annual award, which aims to recognize excellent customer service by corporations, was jointly granted by the highly-reputed ICMI (International Customer Management Institute) and the national authoritative Customer Contact Center Standard committee (CCCS). The excellent customer service is currently provided by around 200 CS colleagues from 3 regional customer contact centers of TNT China, covering East, South, North and Central/West region.
