TNT China IE Successfully Concludes "Support Day"
On January 14, 2010, TNT China IE held "Support Day" across its 34 depots in mainland China, attracting the participation of more than 1,000 colleagues. On that day, TNT staff shared the major responsibilities of their departments, including Q&CSR, Security, ICS and HR, through presentations, stories, role play and writing appreciation cards. "Support Day" has created an open platform for cross-functional communication, provided opportunities for all employees to gain further understanding of the supporting teams’ work and enhanced the customer experience. "Support Day" is one way we are cultivating our Customer Experience culture and is the third theme day following "Customer Day" and "Frontline Day".
