TNT Unveils China's First Time-Definite Delivery Service With Money-back Guarantee
SHANGHAI, (November 3, 2005) - TNT, the world's leading business-to-business
express delivery provider, announced today that it will offer the first time-definite delivery
express services, 9am Express and Noon Express, to China-based customers
in an effort to enhance the efficiency of its clients.

TNT's new services are different from Global Express, or "day-definite" delivery
from other express service providers, because TNT is making a guarantee based
on time. "9am Express" delivery is guaranteed to arrive before 9am the next best
business day in 36 destination countries or regions worldwide. Similarly, "Noon
Express" is guaranteed to arrive before 12 noon the next business day in 61 destination
countries or regions worldwide.
Priority handling from pick up to delivery is the main benefit to time-definite customers.
Another value-added component of time-definite service is that TNT is
offering a "Money Back Guarantee" where customers are eligible for a refund for
premium price. Automatic proof of delivery is also included at no extra charge.
In bringing this service to China, Bryan commented that, "TNT aims to set a new
standard of customer satisfaction and change how that standard is defined and
evaluated."
TNT Express has received numerous awards and worldwide recognition for its high
quality service and outstanding technology support. Earlier this month, the European
Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) recognized TNT's Information Communications
