New TNT Hoau Truck Fleet Enters Service and New Visual Identity Announced

July 20, 2007 (Shanghai) – TNT, the leading global provider of express and mail services, announced today the launch of a new fleet of trucks for its newly acquired domestic company, Hoau, as part of its effort to enhance Hoau's infrastructure and service capabilities.

The launch coincides with the announcement of the company's new visual identity, which will be featured on the fleet's 260 vehicles entering into service across the country today.

Managing Director for TNT Greater China, Michael Drake, said, "We are very happy with the smooth transition of Hoau after its acquisition. With continued investment, we believe that we will strengthen our competitiveness, which will help us achieve our ambition of building the number one distribution network in China."

Over the next several months, TNT Hoau's 1,250 depots and 3,000 trucks will be refreshed with the new look.

"We are committed to offer our customers the most reliable nationwide transportation service," said Fushing Pang, Managing Director of Hoau. "By leveraging TNT's global expertise in network operation and customer service management, we can improve our network efficiency and service quality."

In March, TNT completed the acquisition of Hoau Group, China's leading road transportation company. Hoau Group was established in 1995 and currently has 1,250 depots in China, covering more than 400 domestic cities.
