TNT Direct Marketing Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (TNT DMS)is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the TNT Group, a Fortune 500 company with headquarters in the Netherlands, and the leading global provider of Express and Mail services.

TNT Direct Marketing Services has accumulated over 25 years of experience in Europe. Its core expertise lays in the area of data related services, where over 80% of (AEX) listed companies in the Netherlands are its customers. The company provides a comprehensive suite of Direct Marketing solutions. It manages over 80 million data, handles 40,000 calls per day through its call centers, and generates over one billion bills each year. Its customer portfolio covers blue-chip brands across FMCG, banking, automobile, insurance, and the telecommunications sectors.

In 2005, TNT introduced its Direct Marketing Service to China market. Since then, TNT DMS has extended its service coverage from Shanghai to Beijing, Guangzhou and Chengdu.
